AS Bondy (Seine-Saint-Denis), Kylian Mbappé's first club, is in great financial difficulty.

An emergency general assembly was organized on Thursday.

It brought together the mayor LR of Bondy Stephen Hervé, his sports assistant, the president of the club Nour-Eddine Ziane and the various presidents of sections, indicates

The contribution of the city questioned

The main subject was the grant from the city, the main supplier of the association, which brings together 19 disciplines.

Of the million euros requested, Bondy would have paid only 800,000 euros.

The additional 200,000 euros will potentially be granted subject to an audit, the results of which are expected in September.

This condition would have put the club in difficulty.

The president also refused to collect the 800,000 euros from the town hall.

The contributions of some 3,500 members had to be increased by 10%.

The mayor explained that the purpose of the audit was to better understand the financial functioning of the club.

Disagreements would exist between the new majority and the old one, to which the Mbappé family is close.
