Greek Stefanos Tsitsipas and Australian Nick Kyrgios were each fined by the organizers of the London Grand Slam tournament after Saturday's heated third round match at Wimbledon, won by the Australian in four sets in a electric atmosphere.

Tsitsipas (5th in the world) was sentenced to pay a fine of 10,000 dollars for having voluntarily and angrily sent a ball into the public of Court N.1.

Kyrgios (40th) was fined $4,000 for uttering an obscenity.

"I don't like bullies"

In a match he described as "crazy", Kyrgios did everything to disturb and irritate his opponent, upset the referee and hysterize the public.

Exasperated, Tsitsipas targeted the Australian several times with heavy strikes (smash, high forehand very close to the net while Kyrgios was inside the court in front of him).

Without touching it.

“He spends his time intimidating others (…) He martyrs his opponents.

He was probably a bully himself at school.

I don't like bullies (…) there is also a demonic side to him, which, when it expresses itself, can really hurt and do a lot of harm to the people around him, ”said the Greek after his defeat.

"Maybe he should first figure out how to beat me once or twice before taking care of something else," quipped his winner.
