Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank and the Emirates Professional League announced yesterday the signing of a new sponsorship contract under which the bank will become a major sponsor of the Professional League Cup, to bear the name of the Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank Cup from the beginning of the 2022-2023 season, and the sponsorship agreement will last for three years.

The sponsorship signing ceremony was attended by the President of the Emirates Professional Association Abdullah Al-Junaibi, and the CEO of the Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank Group, Nasser Al-Awadi.

Al-Awadi said: “We are pleased that Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank will be the title sponsor of the EFL Cup for the next three years.
