Zamalek ignores Marwan Hamdi’s double in Al-Ahly and heads to “The Valley”

The Zamalek club administration ignored the double of its player loaned to Smouha Marwan Hamdi, against Al-Ahly in the match that ended in favor of the Alexandrian team 3-2 in the Egyptian Premier League, after it preferred not to negotiate with him to return to the ranks of the White Castle at a time when the administration seeks to contract with his Moroccan colleague Abdel Karim Al-Wadi.

Marwan Hamdi said in televised statements, "Zamalek club officials did not reach him in the last period about an offer to return to the White Castle after the end of his loan period at the end of the season."

Zamalek officials are seeking to exploit Marwan Hamdi to barter him with his colleague in Smouha, Moroccan Abdel Karim Al-Wadi, to include him at the beginning of the next season after his remarkable brilliance in the Egyptian League, according to media reports in Egypt.

Abdel Karim Al-Wadi said in televised statements:

It is noteworthy that Marwan Hamdi is currently the top scorer in the Egyptian League, with Zamalek player Mohamed El-Sayed “Zizou”, each with 12 goals.

And the former Zamalek star, Ahmed Hossam Mido, ruled out that Marwan Hamdi will continue his brilliance with Zamalek to the same extent that he is currently with Marwan.

Mido said on the “Remontada” program: “If Mido shines in the same image that it is in Zamalek, I will write a letter of apology to the player, and attach it to one of the major hubs in Cairo.”
