At the same time, the "Fifty Heroes of New China Basketball" was recommended as the first group to enter the hall.

　　The members of the "special tribute" are: Zhang Boling, Dong Shouyi, Song Junfu, Shu Hong, Tang Baokun, Mou Zuoyun, Zhang Zipei, Zhang Changlu, Yu Bangji, Yang Fulu, Cheng Shichun, Chen Wenbin, Bai Jinshen, Qian Chenghai, Yang Boyong.

At the same time as the "Fifty Heroes" enter the hall as a group, their members will continue to participate in the current and future Hall of Fame recommendation activities as individuals.

　　The meeting also reviewed and approved the "China Basketball Hall of Fame Recommendation Activity Plan", "2022 China Basketball Hall of Fame Recommendation Plan" and the "First Hall of Fame Communication Plan".

　　The Chinese Basketball Association stated that the recommendation scope of the Hall of Fame will cover athletes, coaches, referees, special contributors, pioneers and collectives, etc.; each category has different recommendation standards. Only those who meet the relevant criteria can participate in the recommendation activities.
