Cesare Kucharski, the former agent of Polish star Robert Lewandowski, explained that Bayern Munich's desire to play in the Spanish Football League is not new, and that he is determined to prove that he is better than the French star Karim Benzema, the Real Madrid striker.

The Polish international is a priority for Barcelona in the summer transfer period, although the Bavarians make it difficult for the Catalan team to achieve his desire.

Kucharsky said - in a radio interview - that Lewandowski "wants to prove that he is better than Benzema, and this is another reason for him to go to Barcelona."

He continued, "Lewandowski has no dreams. For him, playing football is a job and he is very professional, and he considers Real Madrid and Barcelona at the same level."

Although Leva's contract with the Bavarian team extends until the summer of 2023, his former agent believes that the deal will eventually take place.

"Barcelona and Lewandowski will fight for this signature," he said. "I think he will sign for Barcelona and that is possible."

Kucharski revealed that after his time in the League, Lewandowski wants to go to the MLS.

He explained, "He has to pressure Bayern to release him from his contract. Bayern officials know that he wants to go to Spain."

He concluded, "His plan was Germany, then Spain, and to end his career in the United States."
