Peter Gerharssson led the national team to Olympic silver last year and according to the Swedish Tax Agency's figures had an earned income of SEK 2,087,400, writes Fotbollskanalen.
The salary is significantly higher than in previous years when he earned 1.3 million (2019) and 1.5 million (2020).
But if you look at the men's national team captain, the difference is still very big.
Janne Andersson earned SEK 4,328,100 last year, which was almost identical to the year before.
