International coach Abdullah Al-Sayed revealed important exercises that parents can do to avoid the negative effects of sitting in front of electronic devices, especially PlayStations and smart phones, which parents complain about their children sitting in front of them for long periods of up to 10 or 12 hours a day.

International coach Abdullah Al-Sayed told "Emirates Today": "I receive almost daily complaints about children sitting for long periods in front of electronic devices, including PlayStations, laptops, phones and other things, which cause serious health problems for children, especially as they continue to sit." The coach added: "The exercises in the video certainly help a great deal to keep the children away, even if a small percentage from the devices, but with continuity, they will have a positive effect. These exercises must be performed at least twice a day, morning and evening. The exercises may not exceed 20 minutes, but their positive effect is certainly Fabulous".

The certified trainer advised that the 4 different exercises that work to move all parts of the body and remove electrical objects from the children’s body by repetition 3 rounds for each training should be performed, with each round being 15 repetitions and may increase after to 20 repetitions after a period of two or three weeks after continuing to do exercises.
