According to the local media, the Cébazat team had just taken a goal immediately contested by the goalkeeper in question.
Faced with the behavior of the latter, who raised his voice threateningly, the 45-year-old referee issued a yellow card.
Insults rang out.
Yellow had given way to red.
The goalkeeper, who is a sports educator with young footballers, then struck a violent punch on the temple of the referee.
The latter, shocked, filed a complaint the next day.
A 26-year-old also reportedly threw a ball over the head of the referee, who was otherwise outraged by another player.
The three men are summoned before the Clermont-Ferrand Criminal Court in January 2023.
