23-year-old Kaito Onishi also increased his score by seven to take second place, one stroke behind.
Katsumasa Miyamoto, a 49-year-old veteran who was the leader the day before, was third with a total of 21 unders along with Yuta Ikeda and Yuto Katsurakawa.
