Fredrik Lindgren finished third in Teterow, Germany, most recently and climbed from eighth to fourth place in the summary.

And that the Swedish driver thrives in Poland is already known.

The season's first podium place for Lindgren came on May 16 in Warsaw.

- Gorzow is an incredibly nice speedway track, it can be good racing there, he says before tonight's competition.

The World Cup series has so far shown that there are many contenders for the title, although double Polish world champion Bartosz Zmarzlik has so far been in a class of his own and also has a home field tonight.

- Four different winners and many on the podium.

Even though Zmarzlik has reached the top, this feels open, says Fredrik Lindgren.

The competition starts at 7 pm on Saturday night.
