Sophie Hansson finished fourth in her World Cup semi-final with a time of 2.25,12.

After that, she had to stand and wait in the swimming arena in Budapest, and see if the time was enough to become one of the eight best who made it to the final.

The top four in the second semis swam faster, one place left.

But it tricked the Italian Francesca Fangio who landed in the time 2.25.09 - three hundredths better than Hansson.

And the Swede is outside the World Cup final starting field in the 200 meter breaststroke.

"Snotty"

- It is very frustrating, but I jumped in and gave 110 percent of what I had.

I was happy three minutes ago, and I have to stick to it.

Three hundredths is very little at such a long distance, says Sophie Hansson to SVT Sport.

Hansson is now the first reserve for tomorrow's final.

- It was snotty, I think she could have swum faster than she did here in the semifinals.

That's the feeling, says SVT Sports expert Lars Frölander.
