Louise Hansson was seven hundredths from the bronze in the 100 meter butterfly last Saturday.

Today, the 25-year-old had a new chance to approach medals in the 50-meter backstroke trials.

But Hansson swam in as eight in the time 28.67 and thus missed a place in the semifinals with 20 hundredths.

- That was pretty crap.

I do not feel that I have the routine and the pace was far too slow.

I get closer to the finish line and do not know what to do, it feels like.

It was quite a waste, she says to SVT.

"The details do not fit"

Although backstroke is not Hansson's favorite distance, she had hoped for more in the trials.

- I have tried to give backstroke a chance.

But the butterfly has been the main focus and there has been relatively little focus on backstroke.

It is difficult to get up to a frequency that you need for 50 meters back.

The details do not sit and I do not have the routines in the long run.

I had been hoping for 28 seconds so I'm not happy with that race.
