In January, the Bundesliga was shaken by a major scandal.

Two players in Tus Metzningen had found hidden cameras inside the locker room.

A coach in the team was arrested by police after the discovery.

Now Thess Krönell, one of three Swedes in the team, tells about how she experienced the high-profile event.

- It was in all the major channels.

A lot of German reporters called, but we did not answer.

It was a big deal, and Metzingen as a city has almost only handball.

The whole municipality was very involved in this, says Krönell to GP.

"We were tight"

The suspected coach has not yet been convicted.

Krönell says that the person had a large place in the group.

- We were close with the entire management staff, and he was like a friend to some.

So it was a reason why many felt hurt, that it became like a betrayal.

Krönell says she is happy with how the club handled the situation.

However, she has broken her contract now.

Partly due to dissatisfaction with the training load and partly when she is pregnant.

Her next club is unclear.

A return to Sweden is not excluded.
