The National Olympic Academy celebrated the graduation of the first batch of members of the Executive Director and Technical Director programs for sports federations, which numbered 28. Over the course of four months, they reviewed many axes and topics related to the administrative and technical aspects of sports work, with the aim of providing the federations with a group of qualified national cadres to professionally manage the helm. Al Falasi directed to continue to inject new blood from the national cadres to join the sports work, by strengthening the role of the National Olympic Academy, and its ambitious scientific and sports programs aimed at educating its members and raising their awareness of the importance and value of knowledge, in preparation for the leadership of the sports federations, which is the ambassador of Emirati sports. The Assistant Secretary-General for Administrative and Financial Affairs of the National Olympic Committee, Eng. Azza bint Suleiman, witnessed the graduation ceremony of the first batch, which was held in "Dip Dive Dubai", in the presence of a number of sports federations heads and representatives of the media, as well as the acting Director of the National Olympic Academy, Muhammad. The first batch provides executives and technicians for sports federations

The National Olympic Academy sought to launch these programs, in line with the Sports Federations Governance Manual, which emphasized within its texts the need for every sports federation to have an executive director and a technical director from among the national cadres, in accordance with Articles (61 and 63) of the Manual.

The course of the Technical Director of Sports Federations Program included a variety of topics, including the technical management of the Olympic Committee and sports federations, the design of technical plans and programs, technical standards and their relationship to the organization of sports events, and doping.

The Executive Director's Program for Sports Federations also included nine axes: strategy, quality, leadership, sports management, sports investment and marketing, legislation and laws, human capital, organizing sports events, and doping.

The National Olympic Academy concluded the programs by conducting the practical side of the participants by presenting the research work before performing the final exams through which the levels of all associates were evaluated.
