Before the match, Sweden led the group, while Luxembourg was last, without a single victory.

In other words, it was no big deal that Sweden would win clearly, and so it was.

Leads the group

The victory numbers were written to 25-11, 25-13.

25–14, and Sweden was just as superior as the numbers suggest.

Thus, Sweden leads the group before the eighth and final round, where Sweden meets Slovenia at home in Lund on Wednesday.

Can get home advantage

When Sweden met Slovenia away, it was a 3-0 victory.

If Sweden wins 3-0 also on Wednesday, Sweden will win the group, and get a home-field advantage against Portugal in the final on 2 July.

If Sweden loses one set, and Portugal wins in three straight sets in their last two matches, Portugal will get a home-field advantage.

- Even though Slovenia has a rising form curve, Sweden also has it, and I probably think that Sweden's form curve is much steeper than Slovenia's is.

It will be an interesting meeting on Wednesday, but Sweden will emerge victorious from that match, says SVT Sports expert Andrea Jacobsson.

The team that wins the final goes up to the next division, the Golden League.
