Rosenborgbacken Pavle Vagic, who left Malmö FF this summer, has been given in the U21 national team for a period.

Now he gets the chance to represent Janne Andersson's gang on the bigger stage.

- It is very fun, says Pavle Vagic to SVT Sport.

The call from the league captain came somewhat unexpectedly.

- Of course I was surprised because I had no idea that someone had been injured and that they would call in a replacement.

Plus it was a late night ... and so you got the call.

Yesterday, the U21 national team lost a qualifying match against Italy - and that means missing the European Championships.

- It was a big disappointment yesterday, but when you got the call and found out that you are coming here, you just have to change your mind.

Wants to silence Norway

The other, Aiham Ousou on a daily basis in Slavia Prague and with a past in Häcken and Gais, says that he has experienced the last 24 hours intensively.

- I did not even have time to close the Italy match before I got the call from Janne to come and represent the A national team, Ousou says to SVT Sport.

Ousou feels inspired.

- Tomorrow is just a training before we go into the match and it is a "day-before-match" training.

I know my qualities and Janne knows my qualities.

Now just hope, but do not expect to play.

Even though he was not present during the losing match against Norway, he is hungry for revenge.

- Now it's just a matter of taking new steps.

We will go for a victory and win the match, then we will take it from there with a cheer.

They really celebrated afterwards.

You might want to silence them?

-

Yes, it will be so.
