China News Service Client, Beijing, June 10th. On June 10th, the website of the Chinese Swimming Association announced the list of the Chinese swimming team participating in the 19th FINA World Swimming Championships in 2022. Olympic champions Zhang Yufei and Wang Shun led the competition.
The Budapest World Swimming Championships will be held from June 18 to July 3, with the swimming competition from June 18 to June 25 and the open water swimming competition from June 26 to June 30.
The Chinese swimming team will send 45 athletes to participate in all 49 events including open water swimming.
The lineup includes 22 male athletes and 23 female athletes.
Famous generals such as Wang Shun, Zhang Yufei, Xu Jiayu and Li Bingjie led the team.
In addition, Xin Xin, the 2019 Gwangju World Championships Open Water Women's 10km champion, leads the open water swimming competition list.
