The player of the national chess team and Sharjah Club, Salem Abdul Rahman, will participate in the "Prague International Masters Championship", which starts today and will last for 10 days, with the participation of 10 of the best players in the world, accompanied by the Ukrainian coach, the great international master Pavel Alyanov.

The tournament’s organizing committee invited the international senior professor Salem Abdul Rahman to participate in the tournament along with the Indian international grandmaster Vidit Gujrathi, the American international grandmaster Shackland Sam, the Vietnamese international grandmaster Lee Quang Lee, the Czech international grandmaster David Navarra, and the international grandmaster Indian Hari Krishna Bentala, Spanish International Senior Professor Ponce Vallejo, Iranian Senior International Professor Barham Maksoudlo, Spanish International Senior Professor David Anton, and Czech International Senior Professor Van Nguyen.

This year, the tournament brings together a group of top international masters with an average rating of 2,693 points, making it one of the strongest international gatherings in which the golden boy participates during his professional career.

The tournament will be held in one stage with a full league system of nine rounds, and matches will be shown live in many of the world's famous chess sites.
