Shabab Al-Ahly competes with Real Sociedad for the former Barcelona star

Spanish media reported that Al-Ahly youth is seeking to sign Spanish player Christian Teo from Real Betis during the current summer transfer period.


The newspaper "Mundo Deportivo" indicated that Al-Ahly youth is competing with many clubs wishing to sign the former Barcelona player, indicating that Real Sociedad is the most prominent interested in Teo's services.


She added: "Shabab Al-Ahly and more than one club in the Turkish league are competing to sign Christian Teo, who has been playing for Real Betis since 2017."


According to the “Transfer Market” website, which specializes in the transfer market, Teo’s contract with Real Betis expires on June 30, as the Spanish player grew up in Barcelona’s Lamcia Academy and graded in the age stages of the Catalan club, and moved to the junior team in Espanyol before returning to the second team. For FC Barcelona and was promoted to the first team in 2012.


Christian Teo went through many experiences on loan during his time with Barca, most notably his move to Porto and Fiorentina in Italy, before he moved permanently in 2017 to Real Betis for four million euros.
