The three-time world champion Nicki Pedersen has injured himself again.
During a league match in Poland on Sunday, he crashed badly.
The Dane tried to get up after the accident, but did not succeed.
He then traveled by ambulance to hospital.
It was found that the 45-year-old had broken his hip.
"It's a terrible pain.
They try to give me the best possible painkillers ", he writes on social media.
Pedersen does not hope that the injury will be the end of his long and successful career.
"I think I will manage this too," he writes.
