Learn about the “Zamalek fine” position in the event of Kahraba announcing his retirement

Zamalek club confirmed that its former player, Mahmoud Abdel-Moneim, "Kahraba", cannot evade the payment of the financial fine due to him, which was approved by the Sports Court, even if he announced his retirement from football.

Zamalek channel responded in a comment to the rumors circulating that Kahraba wants to announce his retirement from playing for not paying more than two million dollars as a penalty imposed on him by the Egyptian club.

Kahraba fled from Zamalek in the summer of 2019, claiming that his contract with the White Castle had officially expired, which was denied by club officials, as they confirmed that the player signed a new contract for three seasons and was documented in the Egyptian Football Association.

The channel said that international law gives Zamalek the right to sue the player before the Egyptian civil courts to seize his property, if the decision of the International Sports Court is not implemented, noting that the Zamalek club sent a new complaint to the Sports Court confirming that the player did not pay the fine on the specified date. May 19, demanding a four-month suspension of electrification to force him to carry out the sentence.

The channel indicated that if the four months ended without electricity being paid the fine, the player will be prosecuted before the civil courts to seize his property.
