The futsal team arrives in Kuwait and launches “West Asia” in front of Oman

The delegation of the national futsal team arrived in Kuwait this morning, in preparation for participation in the fourth West Asian Futsal Championship, scheduled to be held from 4 to 13 this month, with the participation of 8 teams.

The team's delegation, headed by Abdul Malik Jani, Chairman of the Futsal Executive Committee, included 14 players: Rashid Mohammed, Abdullah Al Falasi, Abdullah Al Muhairi, Khaled Al Muhairi, Hassan Al Hantobi, Abdullah Al Hosani, Omar Al Naqbi, Khaled Al Hammadi, Hamad Al Balushi, Abdullah Al Balushi, Taher Tarish, Ahmed bin Hammad, Muhammad Muhammad, Omar Al-Fahim.

Our team will open its campaign on Sunday against Oman, and meet Lebanon on June 7, while the third match will be with Bahrain on June 9, and the championship matches will be held at the Al-Nasr Club Stadium in Kuwait.

Eight teams will participate in the tournament, divided into two groups. The first group included Kuwait (host), Palestine, Saudi Arabia and Iraq, while the second group included the UAE, Oman, Lebanon and Bahrain teams.
