Wide criticism was faced by a group of Egyptian fans supporting Real Madrid, after they insulted and ridiculed the Egyptian star Mohamed Salah, after his team Liverpool lost the Champions League final yesterday, Saturday.
And a video clip - spread on social networking sites - showed a number of Egyptian fans of Real Madrid supporters chanting in a collective way, "One, two, Mohamed Salah, where is", and in another clip, they described Mohamed Salah as "the fool", after the end of the match with Real Madrid's victory. With a clean goal, it crowned the European Champions League for the 14th time in its history.

Some fans went to social networking sites to criticize Mohamed Salah and his performance in the final match, but media and sports analysts defended him and his good performance against Real Madrid.
The Egyptian Football Association sent a special message to the captain, saying, "Mohamed Salah is the icon of Egyptian football, and we appreciate what he has done for the Egyptian national team and club this season," and he also expressed his pride in what the player has achieved with Liverpool this season in various tournaments.
And the Egyptian sports journalist Ibrahim Fayek said - about those who chanted or belittled Salah - "These expressions that belittle and belittle Mohamed Salah's foolishness, this is the owner of the greatest story of inspiration for all Egyptians, and mocking him betrays ignorance."
Sports analyst Mohamed Awad defended the criticism of the Liverpool star, saying - in his analysis of the Liverpool-Real Madrid match - "Salah has never presented a disastrous season, as he is the top scorer in the English Premier League, even in the final meeting he played an excellent match, created opportunities, paid and did everything, but he faced A goalkeeper saved all the balls.
Mohamed Salah's support was not limited to the sports side only, but Egyptian media and representatives participated in criticizing the attackers of the Egyptian national team captain.
The Egyptian media, Amr Adib, denounced the Egyptian star or mocked him, saying in his television program “Al-Hekaya”: “It hurts me all the pain to find sons from Egypt chanting against Mohamed Salah, encouraging Real Madrid, but insulting Salah specifically. Why? This is the son of Egypt, the son of the country, this is the pride of the Arabs ".
As for the Egyptian actor, Mohamed Henedy, he wrote in a post he shared on his personal account on Facebook, “For a while I see some young people trying to mock or belittle Salah, they may not like Salah or encourage competing teams, and this is your right, but the idea is why you reduce or hate someone who was able Doing something that millions of people thought impossible."
Henedy added, "Salah is an example for any diligent person who is going through difficult circumstances and a difficult life, such as that you can be the best in the world, not just your country. Love and appreciation for Salah is not for the love of a person, but for an idea and success."
