Son Yeon-jae's agency, Next Euphoria, said on the 28th, "Son Yeon-jae is getting married to an ordinary person 9 years older than her in August.
Son Yeon-jae showed off his world-class skills during his active career, placing 5th overall in rhythmic gymnastics at the 2012 Olympics in London and 4th in individual overall at the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.
Retired in 2017, Son Yeon-jae transformed into a professional rhythmic gymnast nurturing prospect, and met with fans through broadcasts and gala shows.
