"It feels fantastic fun to come to the Stadium with this line-up," says national team captain Henrik Ankarcrona according to a press release.

The Global Champions League will be decided in Stockholm on June 17-19 and it has already been clear that the Swedish Olympic gold medalists from Tokyo - Peder Fredricson, Malin Baryard Johnson and Henrick von Eckermann - will compete at home.

Now the national team captain Ankarcrona has taken out more riders for the five-star classes.

It is Evelina Tovek, Linda Heed, Rolf Göran Bengtsson, Jens Fredricson, Petronella Andersson and Annika Axelsson who join the national jumping team.

"It is riders who perform both here and now and so is the heavy guard with riders who have performed and meant so much to the sport and that the audience loves to see," says Ankarcrona.

During the competitions in Stockholm, there will also be classes for the world's best U25 riders and there Sweden has four places reserved and the riders are Selma Hammarström, Alice Tapper, Andrea Persson and Elsa Johansson.

"For us in the national team management, it is very valuable to be able to give these young riders the chance to ride in this arena and in the same competition as the world's best crew," says Ankarcrona about the U25 riders.
