Ammar Al Nuaimi receives the Board of Directors of the Emirates Rugby Federation
His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman, received, in his office at the Ruler’s Court yesterday morning, Sheikh Mohammed bin Maktoum bin Juma Al Maktoum, President of the Emirates Rugby Federation, and Qais Abdullah Al Dhali, President of the Asian and Arab Rugby Federations, Vice President of the Emirates Federation, in the presence of Mohammed Sultan Al Zaabi. Secretary-General of the UAE Federation, and Saud Abdullah Al-Nuaimi, Member of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Federation, Chairman of the Investment and Marketing Committee.
His Highness welcomed the delegation, praising the achievements of the men's and women's rugby team in continental and international tournaments and raising the state flag in those forums.
He stressed that these achievements are the result of the wise leadership's support for all sports, especially rugby, and the efforts of the Federation's Board of Directors headed by Sheikh Mohammed bin Maktoum bin Juma Al Maktoum, members of the Board of Directors, the technical and administrative bodies and the players.
His Highness welcomed Ajman's hosting of the final round of the Asian Rugby Sevens Series, praising the selection of the Ajman Rugby Federation Board of Directors delegation to hold the tournament.
His Highness affirmed that the Emirate of Ajman is putting all its capabilities to organize a distinguished tournament worthy of the UAE, which has a rich and impressive record in organizing and hosting all regional and international events with unparalleled success.
