After Modo lost a match against Mora last season, an upset Modo supporter wrote on Instagram, among other things:

"Show that it must be enough, Fredrik Glader: end your life before someone else does it for you."

Glader received damages

The incident was reported to the police, and after the man pleaded guilty to unlawful threats, he received a penalty order, with a 40-day fine of SEK 570, ie a total of SEK 22,800.

In addition, Glader received damages of SEK 5,000.

- Just then when it happened, it was of course frustrating and outrageous and so on.

But I have talked to him and it has been a good process afterwards that I think has been good for both him and me, so I have put it behind me, says Glader to SVT Sport.

And that he is now being prosecuted for it, what do you think that means?

- This is something that should not exist at all.

Not only in sports, but there are also police and other areas that also get hurt by things like this.

You have to think before you express yourself.

On social media, it's so easy to press the enter button, and then something comes out that can affect people for the rest of their lives.

- So I think it's a good lesson for the man in question.

"Put it behind me"

Has it affected you in any way, like this a little over a year later?

- I've put it behind me.

But automatically you yourself are as active on social media as before, but I do not know if it has to do with this particular event.

Fredrik Glader has left Modo after the incident, and signed last month - after a season in a Norwegian club - as coach of Tingsryd in the hockey allsvenskan.
