34 colored medals put the UAE in fourth place in the Gulf of Kuwait

The UAE rose to fourth place in the general ranking table of the Gulf Games hosted by Kuwait during the period from 16 to 31 this month, with the participation of more than 1,700 athletes from the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf.


The team’s team raised its tally to 34 colored medals, 12 gold, 12 silver, and 10 bronze medals, and the host State of Kuwait continued to strengthen its lead in the table with a total of 62 medals, including 23 gold, 19 silver and 20 bronze medals, while the Kingdom of Bahrain came in second place with a total of 48 medals. Including 17 gold, 19 silver and 12 bronze medals, Qatar ranked third with a total of 39 medals, 12 gold, 15 silver and 12 bronze, followed by the Sultanate of Oman in fourth place with a total of 27 medals, 11 gold, 5 silver, and 11 bronze medals. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia came in Fifth place with a total of 36 medals, including 8 gold, 10 silver, and 18 bronze.
