She has not competed in about a year due to injury.

But Linn Svahn, who has so far been the strongest in the sprint, has not missed the increased commitment around the long-distance cup.

- I think Ski Classics is exciting and it is impressive to see how many people are drawn there and who take extremely big steps in it.

I am inspired by many from there, says Svahn.

She has trained a lot with her club mates in Östersunds SK, such as Oskar Kardin, who rides the long-distance cup.

- I have taken the opportunity now that I have been at home to train a bit with them.

I see it as a strength, to be able to use those who are extremely strong in their cause.

They are really good stakers so there is a lot to learn from them.

Svahn does not rule out that she herself will compete in Ski Classics.

- It's interesting, we'll see if I end up there in the future but not this year, she says.

But already next year maybe?

- Yes, I absolutely want to do that.

I want to go to the World Cup and the World Cup mainly, but is the time after that so absolute, I want to do that.
