He has belonged to the A national team for three years and was pleased with the last season which gave a 13th place in the Olympic sprint, 21st in 15 km, which gave a place in the relay team that finished four after Häggström struggled with Norway's Johannes Hösflot Kläbo and France's Maurice Manificat on silver and bronze behind victorious Russia.
Now he can bet on his own with the club team Piteå Elit as support.
