Lee Kyung-hoon, who entered the final round with four shots behind the lead, reduced five strokes in the first half alone and joined the race for the championship.

He hit the decisive shot on the par 5, 12th hole, one shot behind the lead.

With 220 metres, his second shot with a 4-iron hit the pin 1.4 meters before he caught the Eagle and took the lead by one stroke.

And on the next hole, he took a step further by dropping a 4.5-meter birdie putt into the hole.

He missed the eagle putt on the last hole, but added a birdie and cut nine strokes. With a total of 26 under par, he overtook Jordan Spieth by one stroke to win the championship for the second year in a row, earning 2.1 billion won in prize money.

After reporting his first victory on the PGA Tour last year, Lee Kyung-hoon, who presented the championship to his daughter, became the champion this time in front of his 10-month-old daughter.
