While the back side is of absolute top class, with top-class NHL defenders like Rasmus Dahlin and Oliver Ekman Larsson, on paper it is not as well-known and trustworthy offensively.

But in tonight's match against the medal candidate Czech Republic, Tre Kronor impressed offensively.

It was no less than five goals, and a 5-3 victory.

Bemström put 2-1

Sweden's decisive move came at the beginning of the second period.

First, Emil Bemström made it 2-1 with a powerful shot in game five against three after 2.47, and just over three minutes later came 3-1 through Mathias Bromé - after a weak intervention by the Czech goalkeeper.

Another three minutes later also came 4-1, when Rasmus Asplund was released after a phenomenal pass by Erik Gustafsson.

Tomas Kundratek reduced for the Czech Republic at the end of the second period, but when Anton Bengtsson then made it 5-2 barely five minutes into the third period, the victory was more or less clear.
