At the break, it looked like it could be a big bang in Tuesday's Champions League semi-final.

Villarreal then led 2-0 at home against Liverpool and the position was thus leveled overall.

But the bang would be absent.

In the second half, Villarreal's goalkeeper Gerónimo Rulli made two mistakes.

"Really tough"

First, the 29-year-old dropped a shot from Fabinho between the legs, snotty, and then he came completely wrong in an outfit.

Then Liverpool star Sadio Mané got an open goal and was able to roll in 3-2, which was the end result.

- It was really tough.

Villarreal played very well in the first half, but we got together and did what was required, says Trent Alexander-Arnold to BT Sports.

It is noteworthy that Villarreal's midfielder Etienne Capoue received a red card at the end of the match.

He incurred two warnings.

In the final, the winner of the semi-final between Manchester City and Real Madrid awaits.

City leads 4-3 before tomorrow's decision.
