Taylor defeated Serrano to retain her WBC, WBA, IBF and WBO titles

Taylor, 35, won the WBC, WBA, IBF and WBO lightweight titles by split decision over Puerto Rican Amanda Serrano.

The fight took place in New York.

Taylor has 21 wins.

Serrano, 33, has 42 wins, two losses and one draw.

Earlier it was reported that Russian boxer Artur Beterbiev will soon be able to defend the colors of the Canadian flag in competitions.
