Two stars of domestic figure skating celebrated their birthdays this week at once.
On Tuesday, April 26, Olympic champion Kamila Valieva turned 16.
One of the first to congratulate the athlete was Russian President Vladimir Putin, who held a solemn meeting with the winners of the Beijing Games that day.
He noted that Camila brought her sport "to the height of real art", and also advised her not to pay attention to envious people.
