Ivan Sergeev (27′), Malkom (42′) and Andrey Mostovoy (77′) scored goals among the winners.
The only goal for Lokomotiv was scored by Girano Kerk (4′).
Thus, Zenit won the RPL championship ahead of schedule three rounds before the end of the tournament, gaining 61 points.
Lokomotiv is in sixth position (41 points).
