The meeting was held in Magnitogorsk at the Metallurg Arena and ended with a score of 4:1 in favor of the red-blue.

The pucks for the army team were scored by Pavel Karnaukhov (9th minute), Alexander Popov (10th), Konstantin Okulov (37th) and Vladislav Kamenev (57th).

Philippe Maillet (40th) scored for Metallurg.

Recall that CSKA is the owner of the Gagarin Cup 2019.

Metallurg has won the trophy twice in its history - in 2014 and 2016.
