Färjestad has mixed hard work with offensive creativity, which has made the Karlstad team successful in the playoffs.

In Thursday's episode of Hockey Night, Jonas Andersson and Håkan Loob talked about Färjestad owning three chains, all of which can be classified as top chains.

But even in Luleå, the offensive has shown its front feet.

Especially through the first chain with Pontus Andreasson, Juhani Tyrväinen and Linus Omark where the latter leads the playoffs.

- Regardless of where he has played, which coach and which system, he has basically averaged one point per match.

Not only in the regular season but also in the playoffs.

He lives up to his own statistics and his own magic, says Loob and continues:

- He lives his own life and that is what impresses.

This is what is called an individual specialist.

Jonas Andersson praises Luleå's coach Thomas Berglund who matches Omark in many offensive situations.

- He is matched extremely hard in powerplay and in the important offensive situations.

He has all the prerequisites to deliver points and he does, he says.

It will be important

During the playoffs, Färjestad has been characterized by a hard forecheck where they try to put an end to the opposing team's play early on.

It will be important to stop Luleå's and Omark's offensive.

- There is a way, do not give him the puck.

Färjestad must do exactly as they did against Skellefteå, with a very hard forecheck.

It is difficult to be Omark if you play in your own zone, says Jonas Andersson.

He continues:

- They win back the puck and cog in. That is, everyone skates a lot.

Then Omark or someone else in Luleå will not have any time with the puck.

He is not as good in his own zone as in the attack zone.
