Last season, Felizia Wikner Zienkiewicz scored 20 goals in 34 regular season games, giving a shared fifth place in SDHL's shooting.

Now the 22-year-old leaves HV71, where she has played the last four seasons, for games with the Swedish Championship runner-up Brynäs.

- An offensively skilled player with a great sense of purpose who will further sharpen the squad, says Brynäs sports manager Erika Grahm.

Wikner Zienkiewicz, who was part of the Swedish Olympic team, signed a contract that extends over the 2023/24 season.

- It really feels like I will have good opportunities and the right conditions to continue my development here.

And considering the hard investment and what Brynäs has achieved in recent seasons, I look forward to contributing to the journey towards the first Swedish Championship gold, she says.

For Brynäs, it was the Swedish Championship silver season that was after losing to Luleå in the final.

Ahead of the coming season, Brynäs has lost the important cog Josefin Bouveng who left the club to study in the USA.
