Super agent Mino Raiola, who among other things represents Zlatan Ibrahimovic, is fighting for his life.

On Thursday afternoon, the Swede visited the hospital where his agent is being cared for.

- He's been here, he came out of the hospital quite recently.

A journalist from La Repubblica asked if he wanted to say something and then Zlatan said "How dare you ask that question to me now?".

He does not want to talk but it is clear that Raiola is at his best.

This was probably Zlatan's last visit, says Wegerup.

"Zlatan has been very sad"

In Sweden, Raiola has above all made himself known as an agent for Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

The agent has represented Ibrahimovic since 2003 and the Swede has spoken several times about Raiola being of great importance in his successful career.

- According to my contacts, Zlatan has been very sad throughout the spring as they are so close to each other.

He did not want to do big interviews and turned down some things.

Jennifer Wegerup also says that there are lots of people outside the hospital.

- It is full of people, very many journalists and Milan fans.

It is very big in the Italian media, he is a very big agent and it has been known for a long time that he has been seriously ill.

I have known that he has been ill since January but they have managed to silence it very well and control the media.

Milan journalists have known that he was dying, says Wegerup.

Doctors denied the information

Earlier today, several Italian media reported that Raiola had died at the age of 54.

SVT Sport also incorrectly reported that Raiola had passed away and then referred to, among other things, Gazzetta dello Sport.

However, this information is denied both by Raiola's doctor and his agency an hour later.

The doctor Alberto Zangrillo, who is in charge at San Raffaele Hospital in Milan, where Raiola is hospitalized, was anything but happy.

- I am upset about the phone calls from pseudo-journalists who speculate about a man who is fighting for his life, says doctor Alberto Zangrillo to La Repubblica.

And shortly after the doctor's denial, an update was made on Mino Raiola's official Twitter account:

Current health status of those who wonder: Cursed, the second time in four months they're killing me.

I also seem to be able to re-emerge ”.
