The president of Frankfurt FC proposes a celebration for his fans in front of Buckingham Palace

Peter Fischer, president of the German club Eintracht Frankfurt, suggested that the fans organize a party outside Buckingham Palace if the team beat its host West Ham United tomorrow in the first leg of the semi-finals of the European League competition.

Frankfurt blew a big surprise and knocked out the Spanish giants Barcelona from the quarter-finals after beating them in their own home 3/2 in the presence of 30,000 German fans.

Only three thousand German fans got tickets for the match against West Ham at the Olympic Stadium in London, but Fischer sees no reason to stop the celebrations, expecting at the same time to increase the number of fans of the team during the match.

"We will accomplish the task and we will be more than three thousand," Fischer said in statements to German media today.

And about where the fans will celebrate the team, if they win against West Ham, Fisher said, "Why not in front of Buckingham Palace? There are not many events there at the moment."

It should be noted that the return match between Frankfurt and West Ham will take place on the fifth of next May.
