Al-Wehdat bid farewell to the “Asian Champions” and Al-Sadd defeated Al-Faisaly, the qualifier

Jordan's Al-Wahid tied 2-2 with Nasaf to finish out of the AFC Champions League and the Uzbek team qualified for the round of 16, while Al-Sadd won 1-0 against Al-Faisaly at the end of Group E matches.

Al-Faisaly topped the group with nine points from six matches, with a direct confrontational difference from Nasaf, compared to seven points for Al-Sadd and six for Al-Wehdat.

Al-Faisaly will meet with Iran's Foolad Khuzestan, while Nasaf will play with the Saudi youth in the round of sixteen of the tournament.


Marko Stanovic scored Nasaf's first goal three minutes after the start, but Muhammad Anas equalized for Al Wehdat in the 34th minute.

Hussein Nurchayev restored Nasaf's lead in the 59th minute, before substitute Muhannad Abu Taha equalized for the Jordanian team in the 82nd minute.
