Wang Zhicheng, director of the Copyright Administration of the Central Propaganda Department, introduced that as of March 15, 2022, various video, social, live broadcast, e-commerce and search engines After receiving notifications from various rights holders, the platform deleted a total of 110,770 infringing links related to the Winter Olympics, and disposed of 10,072 infringing accounts.
Copyright enforcement agencies at all levels across the country dispatched a total of 185,000 law enforcement officers to inspect more than 89,000 entities related to the physical market, effectively protecting the copyright protection order of the Winter Olympics.
At present, six departments including the National Copyright Administration are jointly listing and supervising a number of key cases of infringement and piracy involving the Winter Olympics, and relevant progress will be announced in due course.
