Al-Bataeh team qualified to play next season in the ADNOC Professional League, for the first time in its history, after only three seasons of participating in the First Division, before one round of the amateur competitions that will be held next Friday, and its results will not have a direct impact on the promotion.

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Bataeh Sports and Cultural Club, Hamad bin Hamouda Al Ketbi, presented the historic achievement to His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, for the unlimited support and generous care, which led to the achievement. He thanked the Sharjah Sports Council and President The Council Issa, Hilal Al-Hazami, in appreciation of the directives that paved the way for qualifying for the professional league, and praising the efforts of the technical committee and the technical and administrative bodies of the team and players, stressing that the club’s board of directors will soon hold important meetings with the aim of continuing success.

The Al-Bataeh club qualified to play next season in the ADNOC Professional League, after it ranked second in the standings of the championship teams, benefiting from its victory over Al-Taawon with a clean goal, and Dibba Al-Fujairah’s victory over Al-Arabi with two clean goals, to outperform Al-Bataeh by four points over Al-Arabi before one round of The end of the competitions, where the balance of Dibba Al Fujairah became 72 points, followed by Al Bataeh 64, then Al Arabi 60, and Dibba Al Hisn 60 as well.

Al-Bataeh succeeded in ascending to the professional league in the third season in which he participated in the First Division, where he launched his participation in the 2019-2020 season, and continued his presence in the advanced positions, before ascending to the professionals in the current season.
