Ten Hag will not change his style at United .. and threatens complacency players

Dutchman Eric Ten Hag expects the players to respond to him and cooperate with him when he takes over Manchester United, the English Premier League football club next season, stressing his determination to confront players who perform less than the required level and are negligent.

The current coach of Ajax Amsterdam has been linked to a three-year contract until June 2025, with the possibility of an additional year extension, according to which he will coach Manchester United starting next season, replacing the current temporary coach, Ralf Rangnick, whose contract expires at the end of this season.

Ten Hag pointed out that moving from the Dutch league to a team full of big names would not change his training style, saying in statements to the Dutch newspaper Trouw, "I will not change my coaching opinions. Your playing style is determined by what you have, but I determine the standards and levels associated with that."

The Dutch coach added that he does not make any concessions in such situations, explaining that such discussions will take place behind closed doors.

He also confirmed that he would play a major role in the transfer deals at United, which he stipulated before accepting the assignment.

Ten Hag has also made it clear that he is prepared for the huge media interest expected during his time at Old Trafford, as he will be responsible for the results.
