Former Egyptian football star Muhammad Abu Trika sent a special message of support to amputee children and youth in the Gaza Strip, as part of the "Imran" program presented by sports commentator Siwar Al-Dahab during the holy month of Ramadan.

And Siwar Al-Dhahab published on his personal account on Twitter yesterday, Friday, part of Abu Trika's speech and one of the matches played by the amputees, commenting on it, "From the heart to the heart, Muhammad Abu Trika's message to the heroes of Gaza for amputation."

Tweeters interacted with the clip, praising the Egyptian star.

Abu Trika said in his video message, "To the youth and children of the Palestine Amputation Society in Gaza, Happy New Year, may God protect and strengthen you, we are by your side and encourage you."

And the former star of Al-Ahly club and the Egyptian national team added, “We are short with you, but you always give us hope and steadfastness, and may God grant you stability and satisfaction. I am very happy with my talk with you, and it is true that I did not see you, but I love you very much, and always what is from the heart reaches the heart.”

Abu Trika's participation came in one of the episodes of the Omran program in Palestine last week, to support football-loving amputees.

It is noteworthy that the Al-Ahly legend has repeatedly expressed his love for Palestine and his sympathy with Gaza, since he was a player, especially his famous celebration of the "sympathy with Gaza" shirt during Sudan's match in the 2008 African Nations Cup.
