Färjestad has gone like the train in the SHL playoffs.

Skellefteå was cleared in the quarter finals and in the semifinals against Rögle they are 2-1 in matches.

A large part of it is the chain with Per Åslund, Gustav Rydahl and Joakim Nygård.

The trio mixes creativity with hard work and has been successful so far.

- I think we buy our roles one hundred percent.

We do everything for the team to do well and win hockey matches, says Åslund in Hockey Night.

Tell us about the chemistry in your formation.

- It has worked well.

We have been playing together for a while and they are two very good hockey players. They play with incredible speed and are incredibly good at challenging one on one.

They are great to play with.

"You want to win"

Nygård and Rydahl have nine points each in the playoffs.

Åslund, he has scraped together eleven points and is thus second best in the playoffs after Luleå's Linus Omark.

- I have probably picked up some experience over the years.

I think we as a team have played well and our chain has played very well.

The points are not so important to me.

The only thing you want in a playoff is to win matches, says Åslund.

SVT Sports expert Jonas Andersson is impressed by Färjestad's top chain.

- What I like about this chain.

At this speed, they also play ice hockey.

I miss that in some other teams where the game is not right.

This chain has good speed, passes and is creative at this speed, he says.
