The Council of Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, President of the Emirates Football Association, organized the conclusion of his lectures for the Ramadan season for the current year 2022 with a sports session, which brought together the heads of local clubs, representatives of sports councils, football specialists and the media. on a vital topic.

At the beginning of the session, Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi welcomed the attendees, stressing that the council seeks to host people of good thinking and discuss all files related to important topics, the most important of which is developing the game, raising the level of performance and meeting the expectations of the masses.

He said that the Football Association seeks to launch a number of vital ideas aimed at achieving improvement, by drawing a road map for the clubs, as reaching the best is achieved with the cooperation of all.

The council included His Highness’ announcement of a plan to send 4 to 5 players to play the experience of playing in professional foreign clubs for one season, and this comes within the Federation’s plan and the vision of 2038 aimed at enhancing the players’ skills, refining their talents, and reviewing the best experiences in the game.

Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi spoke of a plan to send a number of talented players to a "local boarding school" in which the talented continue their educational attainment and training in football skills in continuous periods, stressing the importance of coordination between students' families and clubs to support the players and put them on the right professional path.

He continued to talk about the culture of professionalism and discipline, pointing to the need for players to practice intensive, continuous and diverse training, explaining that the role of clubs is very important and they must reconsider the strategies used in training, as the results of teams are based by 80% on the clubs in which the players grew up, and 20% on the team .


On the other hand, the attendees valued the role of the council, which outlines success and change, as they discussed many topics related to the game.


The participants in the sports session unanimously agreed on the need to develop football systems, regulations and legislation, as it is the most successful way to improve the level and advance the game, touching on the importance of embracing the resident player, who considers the state his country and strives to achieve the best and employ his potential, creativity and talents on the ground.


He called on the attendees to repeat such dialogue sessions periodically, because of their importance in diagnosing weaknesses and finding appropriate solutions through the exchange of views and ideas.
