The second period in the semifinals between the three teams was something out of the ordinary.

And just two minutes later, the procedure was repeated: Färjestad took the lead again in powerplay when Gustav Rydahl scored his sixth goal in the playoffs.

But immediately after the drop, this time after only 14 seconds, Rögle had replicated when Oliver Tärnström poked the puck from a narrow angle.
